Our kitchen philosophy is based on produce straight from the sea on our coast with a heightened respect for seasonal fish, in aline with the daily market and the time of year, above all we have a respect for local catches: fish, shellfish, mussels and other seafood, from fish to seaweeds and urchins, all picked with care and attention.
Our menu also offers meat dishes to satisfy our meat-loving clients as well as game, which completes the menu.
The bread and the desserts are all homemade with locally sourced, fresh, organic ingredients.
The chef prepares the food using techniques which may be seen as a little avant-garde to enhance the flavours and give character to products, without taking away any of the nutritious value.
